Just the other night, my dad and I, although I fell asleep while he's doing the baking) experimented something new for our project Red Velvet, in preparation to our Club House event on February 3. The experiment went well but our cupcake is not as moist as our first attempt. But the cream cheese frosting is perfect white and the taste is better than the first. The cake color is better than the first one.
If anyone knew how to make the cake moist enough, please message me. Because my dad is not convinced on our experiment.
